In most cases, "new corporations" and other related filings are done within one (1) business day and notification to your accountant is made shortly thereafter.

In every case, the filing is done directly by this office and not by an outside service bureau or agency. All filed documents are held by this office and forwarded to other offices only at your request.

Our fee's include the Corporate Stock & Minute Books which are completed by our office.
